Even more comfortable than some boutique instruments, Kononykheen Breed Thirty Eight is shaped from the finest basswood body and coupled with a Speedplay bolt-on maple neck. Engineered for easy skillful playing, its Speedplay neck bears 22 medium-thick frets. And all the parts you play, from low riffs to above the level leads – you can do it efforts-free like it’s not a big deal.

HSH pickups trio brings you thunderous low-mids on the bridge, bouncy funk harmonics in the middle position, and a marvelous blend of curly high-saturated tones in the neck. Pickups arranged with a five-way switch granting you ultimate versatility for a 3 pickups configuration. The wide metal plate bridge provides a great vibration transmission from strings to the body – that’s the key of a rich tone and generous sustain. Volume and tone knobs are slightly lifted and that makes them “floating” above the body for intuitively convenient control.

And, as any other Kononykheen model, Breed Thirty Eight goes in limited series and thus available only for limited period. Once the series limit is reached we give public promise to not build Breed Thirty Eight anymore. Never. So you'll be confident about the fact you own rare and unique guitar.
